My name is Isabel Kennedy, and I am a ceramic artist who is obsessed with fish. I have been travelling through my ceramic journey and the world to understand ceramic cultures and how they impact our daily lives, the histories and stories. Behind every ceramic piece is a pair of hands, and I am diving deep into the stories behind these hands. I am also understanding my own story; clay helps me to ground myself, and sharing this experience with others — the meditative nature of the wheel, the feeling of touching earth — this is part of my life purpose.

Clay as a heart opener — hands in clay, no phones, connect with the dirt in your hands, be humbled by it and make something beautiful with me.
